The project located in the city of Villahermosa, consists of a family event hall, and a building of 3 apartments, plus underground parking floor.

Although the project has a variety of dissimilar elements, it is the finishes in concrete, wood, metal and stone, that give uniformity and unity to the complex, which, together with the vegetation, give it the vital breath that allows users to enjoy it as something more than just a home.

The division between public area and private area, allowed to generate that set of elements and textures that give identity to this residential complex. The vegetation that embellishes the pergolas and lattice of the accesses, mixed with water mirrors and details in lighting, represent the close-up of the project, while in the background rises a solid building, which bets on a set of volumes and a hierarchical tonal accent in one of its towers, which breaks harmoniously with the landscape.
